Riverview Farmer’s Market Day of the Dead Celebration

12 Noon: Parade
The giant skeleton puppet parade, by local artist Santiago Cohen, will begin at noon at the corner of Holland St and Bowers St. If you would like to march in the parade, we will have extra puppets available. Meet on Holland St. between 11:30-11:50am to choose your puppet and get instructions
12:30-1:30pm: Live Entertainment
After the parade, attendees will have access to the community Ofrenda located in the gazebo and are encouraged to bring photos or personal items to commemorate those they have lost. Live entertainment will include a Mariachi band, traditional dancers, and the skeleton puppets will also be available for photo opportunities.
1:30 Dog Costume Contest
The Riverview Neighborhood Association will be hosting their annual Halloween Dog Parade & Costume Contest! If you would like to submit your pet as an entrant, please arrive a few minutes early to complete registration. All pets are welcome.
