Magic Fountain has been a staple in Bayonne for years! This family-owned business is the perfect spot for a sweet treat! They have Italian ice, hard and soft serve ice cream, slushes, sundaes, milkshakes and more! You can even purchase your next cake from them, ranging from 7” to ½ sheet cakes. Magic Fountain has a drive-thru… yes! a drive-thru, as well as walk up windows! Grab the whole family and head on over for a nice ice cream sundae!

ZRolls Ice Cream – Harrison

Have you ever had rolled ice cream? ZRolls in Harrison brings ice cream to a new level! When you walk into the shop you’re greeted by friendly staff and the cutest “You Make Me Melt” sign that is PERFECT for a photo op! You can watch them roll the ice cream, which is an awesome experience for any ice cream lover. They have a great menu, including fan favorites like the Moody Mango, Chocolate Club Kitkat, and Strawberry Shortcake. Top off your ice cream with one of their numerous toppings including nuts, marshmallow, berries, and brownies and don’t forget to pair it with one of ZRolls bubble tea drinks! Torico Ice Cream has been serving true homemade ice cream happiness since 1968! If you’re in the Jersey City area, I HIGHLY recommend going to Torico Ice Cream. Booming with over 65 flavors, ranging from Mint Chocolate Chip to Cherry Pistachio, to Rocky Road to Cheesecake. Your taste buds are going to flavortown! Be sure to check out their sorbet and Italian ices, as well as their seasonal flavors like Black Raspberry and Avocado! Don’t forget your dry and wet toppings too! You’re treated like family when you walk in the door and it’s going to become your go-to ice cream spot in Jersey City!

Jersey & Co. Gelato is an absolute hidden gem! With a wonderful quiet, outdoor seating area, it’s perfect to enjoy a scoop or two (or three 🙂). Their gelato is smooth, creamy and delicious, especially the Pistachio, Ube, and Hazelnut. Not in the mood for gelato? Try some of their sorbet, coffee, or other sweet desserts! Jersey & Co. Gelato even has catering. It’s a great addition for your next backyard party, bridal shower or wedding!

Not only does Leo’s have incredible Italian ice, they have DELICIOUS ice cream too! Leo’s has a huge menu with new flavors always coming along! If sampling was a sport, I would definitely be in the Olympics for it, because at Leo’s I’m always asking to try a little bit of everything! You can’t go wrong with the Cookies & Cream ice cream and Strawberry Lemonade Italian ice! The menu also includes sundaes, banana splits, and milkshakes. You will love the delicious tasting and reasonably priced menu.

Maroons Creamery – Hoboken
1122 Washington Street – Hoboken

Scoop up the happiness at the new ice cream place on the block, Maroons Creamery! Their lineup has a wide array of unique and vivid flavors including Masala Chai, Black Sesame, Thai Iced Tea, and Tuscan Trifle! Their menu also consists of Milk Bubble Tea, TeaFloats, Sundaes and Milkshakes. Feeling a little adventurous?
