Heermance Harvest – Fall Pop-Up Dinner

Sit back and enjoy as Chef Alexis finishes off 5 delicious courses for this unique dining experience with a vegetable-forward menu featuring product from Heermance Farm. Each dish is a tribute to the beauty and comforts of autumn and will be prepared right in front of you! There will be limited counter-side seating as well as regular seating within a few feet of the kitchen. This event is BYOB!
Through Syncopated, Chef Alexis creates flavorful rhythms, one ‘beet’ at a time. Her vegetable-forward, playful, and musical approach to cooking stems from her background in dance and drumming growing up – she loves to have a little offbeat yet familiar flair in each dish, conducting the ingredients to form a perfectly balanced, intriguing, and irresistible bite unlike anything you have experienced before!
