In collaboration with the James Beard Foundation and Flowers Winery, Chef Seadon Shouse will host an exclusive, four-course coastal-inspired wine dinner on Thursday, November 21, 2024. Priced at $150 per person, the event promises an exquisite culinary experience, pairing Chef Shouse’s signature coastal flavors with the refined wines of Flowers Winery.
Chef Shouse’s carefully crafted menu showcases local and seasonal ingredients, weaving together both sophisticated and approachable flavors that reflect his culinary philosophy. Each course has been expertly paired with wines from Flowers Winery, enhancing the coastal essence of each dish.
