49 Years: Embracing the Past LGBT+ Art Exhibit Reception

August 3, 2018 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

The exhibit will acknowledge those people and LGBTQ movements that have come before this new generation. They fought the good fight that has gotten us to where we are today.

A tribute to the Stonewall veterans and other activists from then to now- both on a global level as well as local level. Those early activists who fought for LGBTQ visibility and acceptance in the arts, government, education, sports/entertainment. Those who fought (or people we lost) during the AIDS epidemic, for Marriage Equality, for Gays in the Military, etc.

Light refreshments will be served. This event is free and open to the public.

The exhibition will be on display: August 1-31, 2018.
