Prepare for one of Hoboken’s most notable community gatherings! The Vail Stones x Street Friends Basketball Tournament is back for its fourth year, uniting locals through basketball and a shared dedication to unity and positive change.
Event Overview:
Last year, with support from over 28 sponsors, their organizations—@vailstones, @streetfriendss, and @whathobokensoundslike—organized one of Hoboken’s biggest basketball tournaments. They honored Christopher Garcia, standing united against gun violence and fostering community solidarity.
This year, they continue their mission by commemorating the lives of four young men from their community who tragically fell victim to gun violence over the past two decades. Their tournament is dedicated to their memory and seeks to inspire the next generation to partake in constructive activities and pursue their aspirations.

Thrilling Basketball Matches: Witness teams vie for the championship in an exhilarating showcase of skill and sportsmanship.
Live Music: Groove to beats by the talented @djbripee, enhancing the electrifying ambiance of the day.
