Please join the Hoboken Historical Museum on Sunday, March 10, 2024 from 2pm-5pm for an opening reception for Julio C. Santiago’s new exhibit entitled “”Lugares de Mi Pueblito, Hoboken: Ayer Y Hoy (Places in My Little Town, Hoboken: Then and Now).”
Julio Cesar Santiago was born on August 17, 1950 in the coffee town of Yauco, Puerto Rico. In 1978, he met and married a woman from Hoboken who introduced him to the mile square town. With his love of urban landscapes, he quickly got a job working for the city of Hoboken as a painter. Julio now spends his days painting his favorite buildings and neighborhoods, while sharing his profound love of Hoboken. Please join us to celebrate the opening of this special exhibit, which honors the stunning landscapes of our Hoboken.
