Step into this eclectic, lively and cool entertainment venue, located in the upbeat area of Downtown, Jersey City. The White Eagle Hall comprehensive overhaul is one of the newest and most distinctive live-performance and event spaces in the Northeast. It has a capacity of 800 standing, 400 seating, or 250 seated for dining; many historic features including a wrought iron wrap-around balcony, a coffered tin ceiling with 2 large stained glass atriums at 28-feet high; optimized acoustics; and the most recent in high quality lighting & scenography. Deep; two levels of backstage areas with washer/dryers, fridges, and fully-stocked dressing rooms with two complete bathrooms and showers. White Eagle Hall also includes its own food & bar service complete with 3 bars and food counters; also features two restaurants – Madame Claude Bis and Cellar 335 – both seating 200 combined and are separate from and below the venue at the ground level.
This is a fun event space with a stage for live music, theater, comedy, dance and film. This state of the art, high tech facility may be newly renovated but still holds on to its old charm. Just look up and you can see the original hand crafted stain-glass skylights! Most famously known for its contribution to St. Anthony’s Basketball and was used as a practice gym for many years under the leadership of Hall of Fame Coach, Bob Hurley. The Hall’s rich history and unique multi-purpose space, for receptions, fundraisers, performances and more is one of Jersey City’s most notable spots
