Boots and Bones is an exciting new BBQ restaurant coming to 116 Newark Ave in Jersey City directly across from the Grove Street Path station. The restaurant will be focused on classic American BBQ with a twist. As the menu has not been finalized it will include smoked meats from traditional BBQ regions around the country. Surrounding the smoked meats will be seafood, vegetarian and vegan options. Jeff Lam who operates NYC venues Chinese Tuxedo and The Tyger is spearheading the project. Chef Kenny Callaghan who has opened restaurants in New York, New Jersey and London England will curate the menu.
