Hamilton Pork is a Texas BBQ restaurant with a little Mexican flare. All of our meats are smoked daily in house. Family owned and operated. This Jersey City hangout is dishing up classic plates and sandwiches plus inventive tacos paired with cocktails, beer and wine.
